Stock up on them as they can continue to come in handy in later levels of the game. You can loot Bodyguards in the Hitman Tier by completing the 'Protect your City against a Rival Family' job.

The Bookie's Holdout Pistol really isn't anything all that special, but it is a loot drop. You can get the Bookie's Holdout Pistol in the Consigliere Tier by completing the 'Fix the Big Game' job.

Brass Knuckles

Like many of the low-level loot items in the game, it is only useful when you are beginning the game because it isn't all that powerful and you'll soon be able to get much better weapons.
